Madelyn Raska is a Monte Cassino High graduate who earned her bachelors in sociology and masters in psychology and counseling while a member of the Ursuline Sisters of Paola in Kansas. She continued on at the convent as an elementary and high school teacher before teaching within the Kansas City public school system.
After 35 years of teaching, Madelyn decided to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming an artist and traveler. She studied drawing until she mastered the fundamentals of perspective and value and at the same time traveled extensively throughout the United States, South America and Europe to research subject matter.
Madelyn now resides in Tulsa where she continues to create the fruits of her dream in her cozy artist studio.
